Physiotherapy at Complete Performance Centre is all about bridging the gap between rehabilitation, performance and function. We focus on a holistic approach to injury, which encompasses a thorough evaluation of the injury as a whole including all factors leading up to it. We look for imbalances and deficiencies that could have played an important role in how and why the injury took place.

Our Physiotherapists work as part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team to ensure that every patient gets effective treatment that is specific to their needs each and every session. The Initial Assessment is a 45-60 minute, 1-on-1 session with the Physiotherapist and subsequent treatments are booked as 30 minute, 1-on-1 sessions. Patients will also have the opportunity to work with Certified Athletic Therapists, Certified Kinesiologists or Certified Personal Trainers under the direction of our Physiotherapists in order to enhance their recovery by improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance when appropriate.

Our unique location inside of Complete Performance Centre, an elite sports training & fitness facility, gives us access to cutting edge technology and training equipment from industry leaders such as Woodway, Vertimax, and Dartfish Video Analysis to help us get you back to peak condition. Our goal is to get you back stronger, faster, and fitter than you were even before your injury. Our team believes that we can build on performance even while recovering from injury and we ensure that during the rehabilitation process, adequate levels of flexibility, strength and fitness are maintained. Throughout your recovery, you will also learn “prehab” exercises and injury prevention strategies to reduce the potential for future injury.

Whether you are recovering from an auto accident, sports injury or if you are experiencing every day aches and pains that are keeping you from the activities you love, Physiotherapy at Complete Performance Centre can help you recover quickly.

All of our Physiotherapy services are eligible for coverage under extended health care benefit plans.
