Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toronto. He studied kinesiology and went on to become a Registered Kinesiologist. CJ specializes in lower body training, with a specialized focus on speed and power training.
CJ has successfully trained athletes to reach their potential. He has worked with and trained numerous athletes who have gone on to play University/College football.
