Clancy is a Performance Specialist who is a professional curler and a former rugby player who found a passion for kinesiology after injuring herself while playing sports in high school. Clancy went on pursue biomechanics and kinesiology at the University of Guelph to where she earned his Honours BSc in Human Kinetics, thereafter she obtained a graduate certificate at Humber College in Exercise Science & Lifestyle Management. In addition to her education, she is a level II certified coach NCCP and is Heart Wise certified.
Clancy has been a part of the CPC group since 2013. She has a passion for helping clients reach their full potential and be the best version of themselves, whatever their goals might be. She enjoys bringing my knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to real world situations whether it is injury prevention in the workplace, post-natal return to activity or just simply wanting to be pain free and active. Clancy focuses on pre/post-natal wellness through proper movement patterning & breathing techniques.
