Shawn is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Complete Performance Centre. He specializes in exercise rehab “movement.” His method is to get people moving their bodies which he describes as, “move because you can, all you need is a floor a wall and a drive to move.” Shawn’s goal is to help his clients to move the way their joints are intended to move.

Shawn has helped his clients reach their fitness goals through his 80/20 philosophy, through this he has seen clients reach their goal weight and continues to ensure that they are moving and keeping up with their goals, whether they’ve reached it or not.
